Our cat has come in for shots, pest prevention, surgery, and boarding on more than one occasion. All have gone well.

Took my dog there for first time. Over all very happy. Only compliant is front receptionist is on her cell phone. Seemed more interested in that then welcoming me for the first time.

Otherwise the staff and Dr very happy with.

I'm always happy to hear how the staff treats my cat during boarding. My cat loves to hide in 'caves'. They've setup extra hiding spots for him, in addition to the one I left for him. It's a big thing for me to know my cat is having a good time while we are out of town.

I've brought my cat here since we found him on the highway, a year ago.

I will note that all staff are friendly with one exception, but that individual is not involved in taking care of the animals.

Customer service means a lot to me, and didn't get that warm welcome you would think being a new patient. That's why only 3 stars.

Dr. Shores is an amazing vet. You can tell she really loves her job and cares about the animals she sees. She diagnosed our Rottweiler with stage 3 lymphoma and has set up a plan with us to try and beat it. I am so happy we found this clinic.

The staff has always been helpful and friendly.

We have been here several times over the past 2 years, we made a grooming appointment for both our dogs they told us they both needed their bordetella shots before they could get groomed, I walked into the center was greeted and told they actually both needed an exam, fecal test, and the shot before they would even touch our babies! Which altogether now was going to cost well over 350$ I am so upset they have started this money grabbing technique, our dogs had been there loads of times before and we will not be going back!

My fur child hurt his foot and it was already 5pm. Most vets close between 5 and 6pm during the week. I called around to many vets trying to get a last minute appointment. Village veterinary agreed to see my puppy before they closed for the day. They saw him and took such great care of him. Now my baby is all better! Thank you village veterinary for being there.
