Had two different buying experiences with Rustic Furniture Depot.

I honestly feel I was overcharged for an item, but I now understand your pricing model.

Fantastic selection of wood furniture with a country/rustic look and feel. They have amazing prices and their customer service is top notch. By and large the pieces are top quality

I would say that they have a wide selection of items, if you are in the market for rustic style furniture. The customer service is not of the highest quality, but previous reviews already explain that.

I think that in the future, I will shop local.

**Dear Owner - I'm glad to hear that you are working on your system. You could just not tell customers that their orders will be in in two weeks, maybe say it could take up to 2 months (whatever a good number is) and then customers wouldn't be upset when the order wasn't here in two weeks. It's been a month since I ordered, and I've got nothing.

I have bought a lot of furniture and accessories from here almost my whole home .The furniture is the best quality (solid wood )and best prices... believe me I’ve checked and do my homework on pricing! The staff have always helped me and not pressured me ! I plan on buying more from them, I love all the rustic furniture and accessories!!

My first experience, I bought a bedroom set, which they did not have in stock, so they had to order. I had to call to find out the product was in, and made the 3 hour drive to find out some of my items had been "inadvertently" sold to another customer. They had to reorder the items.

So I love the furniture they have. It sucks the lady owner is nuts. I called because the night stand i picked up after I paid it off on lay away was the wrong one. I had bought the grand hacienda bedroom set and paid it off from layaway about two or three years ago. It took me a while but I love the set. The original order I made a drawer in the dresser seized up and they hassled me about a new one which also seized up. They would t fix the inner railing said it worked fine when it left even though it didn't work first time I opened the drawer but I love the set so I avoid using that one drawer. Still came back to buy more smh. This year I decided to add the extra night stand and chest as a present for my wife for delivering our new child. I came and picked it up and took it home to find out it wasn't the same. It was missing the decorative top piece. I asked my wife to call back and let them know it was the wrong one. The lady owner immediately blasted my wife saying it's our fault and kept referencing a ticket she wrote like we're supposed to understand what he importance of the ticket meant to her. She called my wife crazy and belligerent then hung up so my wife called back only to have the lady owner again screamed at her, then out her on speaker phone after she made my wife cry so he office could hear. My wife said we spend a lot of money there and the owner had the gall to imply that it was only layaway like our money isn't good enough. Fantastic product... owner makes me sick. Who keeps business going like that? Thank you to the mystery employee who listened to my wife and professionally resolved the issue. Don't know if I'll continue to shop there once the rest of my layaway order is complete. Don't know if my layaway money is appreciated here. I've spent a few grand here. Paid off stuff. Money is still green either cash straight up or over time on layaway. Have some respect for your PAYING CUSTOMERS. No matter how it gets paid... Jerks

When they are running a sale or doorbuster deal then this is a great place to shop. Everything is made out of country and imported, but the quality is always good and has that rustic look.

I agree with previous reviews, don't questions their pricing. Be aware that the pricing is more based on the customer, than a pricing formula. They got my money, so shame on me.

**Update: Six weeks and no furniture.

Most recently, I purchased items, which again, had to be ordered. We were told the items would be at the store in two weeks, but it took longer.
