I always have a pleasant experience when I go to my dentist appointments at Dr. Joe Smith's office. They're always very thorough, and they're able to answer or respond to my questions and concerns in a timely manner. I also really like their new, beautifully decorated office. Its so soothing & welcoming inside, which makes the visits that much more pleasant. Thanks to everyone there who makes it a smooth process from the moment we walk in the door to the time we leave!

Every person on his team treats me kind and helpful. They care about my needs, my pain level, and my health now and in the future. I am treated like family. I love the happy attitudes around me. It helps me feel at ease. I feel safe in Dr. Smith's hands. He is the most gentle Doctor I have had. This speaks volumes because I had my first root canal at the age of sixteen and many since. He has been my dentist since 2010.
Everyone at Crossroads Family Dentistry, and I mean everyone, goes way above and way beyond to keep their patients best interests at heart. From a personal standpoint, the dentists office is the last place I would ever want to be, due to previous dental nightmares, but these people are truly gifted in that even my fears have diminished somewhat. So, because we all need to practice good oral hygiene and visit the dentist on a regular basis, why would you want to go anywhere else but to see Dr. Joe?
I left each visit with a mouthful of work and a lot less pain. Dr Joe did some amazing work on my mouth. And his assistant made the in between times a lot my pleasurable with some bantie convo.
It is the best. The doc is great. The staff is super friendly. The facility is spotless. All equipment is up to date. Time management is very good. Everyone is very understanding and helpful
