I headed to Integrity Car Care off 380 on Naylor instead. They have a nice, clean, brand new facility with comfy seating (couches!), a business area with desks if you have to work with their FREE WiFi, and a soda fountain with free drinks, free water, and free coffee. I walked in, dragging the baby, they greeted me warmly, and immediately told me politely that I could pull around and they would take care of me right away and they did. Two minutes later I was back on my way home. I normally go here for oil changes, but they do tires, too, so I will be going here instead of discount tire in the future.
I’ve had good experiences at this store before today, but today I did not. I was up early because I have an infant and all of my tires were low. I decided to head over to an air pump to pump them myself, but the machine at the 7-11 across the street wasn’t working. So I rolled over to discount tire, since I know they put air in your tires for free at every location and have a bay blocked off for this purpose. It was right when they opened and they were busy, but I saw the bay where they do air checks (had the signs and everything) and every discount tire I have ever been to (including this one) has told me upon walking inside that I don’t have to come in, just look for the bay with the free air check and they’ll happily put air in my tires.
Weston did an outstanding job during my visit on 10.16.17 my tire had a nail in it & needed a patch. Since I’ve already paid for the warranty on the tire it would be done right away. However things took an odd turn when I realized my keys were locked inside of my vehicle. Going into a frustrated frenzy on myself scattering to figure out if my father could come all the day way across town to unlock my car with the spare, the team at DT unbeknownst to me went ahead & took care of my car’s tire without me even realizing it! And Weston called his Triple A service to come pop my lock! It was a extremely grat experience & I will recommend this DT to anyone. Thank you Weston! - Theo
The staff seemed preoccupied by the police officer and a few 'regular' customers. I waited a lengthy amount of time before finally asking when my car will be serviced; after asking they told me I was next and quickly pulled my vehicle into the garage. I waited another hour before asking, the man who had just confirmed his dinner plans for hooters on the phone, when my vehicle will be ready. I was then lied to about the damage to my tire and sent on my way out the door. Needless to say, I took myself to a different tire shop to buy my new tires. I will not be coming back to this discount tire anytime soon.
I know it’s a free air check, but my husband and I just bought 4 new tires for his SUV at this location last month, so I’m a paying customer at this exact location in the very recent past (not that that should matter).

Always good service when I go in there. This is one of the best discount tires I have ever gone to. the staff is very friendly and helpful
I pulled my car up and sat there. Rolled my window down and watched every employee make eye contact with me while walking over and grabbing things, one I even waved at and thought he was coming over and instead he walked towards me and turned to grab something else. I sat there probably 5 minutes and watched this happen over and over.
