New in town and had to switch my plates to Texas. This place was clean and very quick with friendly service.
I see a lot of negative reviews but when I went it was quick and the people were pleasant.
Registering my vehicle used to be a pain, but the staff here at the Tax Office are so helpful and courteous. There were virtually no lines, come here if you have a choice asking any other offices!
Typical goverment building, pissed off employees that couldnt care less about anything other than making your life as miserable as possible while you are here. No sense of urgency whatsoever. Everytime i come here, i leave thinking.. 'damn i should have drove 15 mins further to the denton location.' This is the worse, most unfriendly, apathetic envirornment i have ever had to do business in. EVERYONE that works here is better than you, and they want you to know that before you leave here. AVOID this place and drive to denton and save yourself a depressing half-day.
If I could give less I would. The person I dealt with was rude, condescending, and couldn't even use her words like an adult. She merely shook her head no to every question. Being bullied by a high school educated brat on a power trip is not how the government should run. Be that as it may, if I never have to see the inside of this office again it will be too soon.
